Park Estate (Mangapikopiko) and Drury West (Ngakaroa) Schools, Karaka/Drury

These two schools were a design & build project with one of our long-standing clients in line with CC3 category structures for the Ministry of Education.

The original planning intentions at the early stages was for both schools to run back-to-back, but with promised acceleration for the M.O.E construction and programmes ran simultaneously which required extensive planning in drafting, fabrication, painting and installation to ensure both projects were delivered on time and under budget.
