This was a modest two-storey frame with around 32t connected to precast walls on back side of the building and structural columns on the front of the building.
The steel was phased and split in separate deliveries to reduce impact onsite & steel purlins placed bundled in packages for ease of installation.
The project ran smoothly with very few complications in design, drafting or onsite. It was a case of in and out over a 4-5 month period from design to completion, shake of hands and move onto the next one.
